STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE: - use com till late night while watching Channel U till 11.30 .
- starts studying and watching tv from 11.30 onwards .
honestly. its 1plus when i really starts studying .
hopefully it is nv too late to start slow . its really late now ~!
